Bulbworks, Inc. Return Policy

We want you and your customer to be completely satisfied with any purchase from Bulbworks, Inc. Any item purchased from Bulbworks, Inc. may be returned for any reason within one year of the invoice date on which it was billed subject to or limited to the following conditions:

Return Authorization is required. Please contact Bulbworks, Inc. in advance of returning items to obtain an RA number. Please provide the Date and Invoice Number on which the item or items was billed.

There is no restocking fee.

For unused, non-defective re-sellable items being returned, credit to the Account will be issued for the merchandise value only (less any discount if it was taken when the invoice was paid) and not for the cost of shipping or drop ship fees.

For items that are not re-sellable being returned as defective or due to product failure or potential product failure, or have been used or installed, or are being returned for another reason such as dissatisfaction, we will offer your choice of a) Credit to the Account for the merchandise value only (less any discount if it was taken when the invoice was paid), or b) Whenever possible we will provide prompt no charge replacement of the product in the same or equal brand. In the case of a return because of product defect, if no charge product replacement is chosen, while we typically absorb the cost of shipping the replacement (limited to UPS Ground or similar Non Express Service) we reserve the right to not absorb this cost in certain circumstances. We reserve the right to issue a pro-rated credit instead of full credit in rare cases when items must be sent back to a manufacturer for their evaluation and fall under their return guidelines. In the case of a return of an item because of product defect, we reserve the right to review on a case by case basis issues of credit for Shipping Amounts or Drop Ship Fees depending on the reason for the return.

In the case of the return of defective items of very low dollar value, actual return of the items may be deemed not necessary and credit or replacement may occur with or without the actual return of the goods. Bulbworks, Inc. reserves the right to require or to waive whether the goods need to be actually returned to us or not.

For a return for any reason, our responsibility shall be limited to either Credit To The Account or Product Replacement and not a cash refund.

It is our promise to act promptly, responsibly and fairly regardless of the reason for any return.
